Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may incur a fee. Refunds are issued at the discretion of management based on work already completed.
Clients must provide safe access to the property and inform us of any hazards (electrical, structural, etc.). Failure to do so may result in service delays or additional charges.
Kohistan Technical Services LLC is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or third-party claims arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
